Instructions

  • Take a 12-inch nonstick skillet and brown kielbasa in it. After browning, remove skillet from heat and set it aside.
  • Stir onion in the same skillet for about 5 minutes. Add Knorr Cajun Sides – Garlic Butter Rice and water and bring to boil over medium heat.
  • Keep stirring rice at regular intervals so that rice becomes tender in about 5 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and continue stirring. After about 2-3 minutes the rice will become tender and shrimp will turn pink.
  • Now stir in kielbasa and tomato. Heat the mixture.
  • Just before serving garnish the dish with chopped parsley.
