Instructions

  • Stir in sugar, sliced strawberries and yogurt in a large bowl.
  • Spread the strawberries mixture evenly on a baking sheet and freeze it for at least 2 hours.
  • Now remove the baking sheet from the freezer, scrape with a fork to release ice crystals.
  • Freeze the mixture again for half hour. Then scrape again.
  • Repeat the process one more time.
  • Remove from the freezer and serve immediately.
