Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Bake potatoes as per the instructions.
  • Place a large frying pan over medium heat. Lightly coat it with oil. Add garlic and cook for a few seconds.
  • Add broccoli and water to pan and cook until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
  • Add salt, pepper and barley and continue to cook for a minute. Add cheese.
  • Top potatoes with the broccoli mixture and serve hot.
