Instructions

  • Add red chili, cumin seeds and canola oil in a pan and heat them over medium heat until cumin becomes dark.
  • Now add ginger and sauté for a few seconds.
  • Add fenugreek and onion until onion softens and becomes brown. Now add minced garlic, red pepper and coriander and sauté the ingredients for a few more seconds.
  • Add in mushroom and continue to cook for at least 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, tomato, garam masala and cilantro and simmer the mixture.
  • Cover the mixture and allow cooking until it thickens. Sprinkle with a little cilantro and serve it with country bread.
