Instructions

  • Prepare the couscous according the packaging
  • Heat up the orange juice, keep stirring until it is boiling
  • Mix the orange juice with the cinnamon with the couscous
  • Stir 2 tbsp of olive oil with the squeezed garlic, salt and pepper
  • Cut the chicken, onion, bell pepper and the zucchini into slices
  • Brush the chicken and zucchini with the garlic-oil and cook on both sides for about 3 minutes
  • Heat up the rest of the oil and saute the onion and bell pepper (5 min)
  • Divide the couscous over 2 plates and add the veggies
  • Bon appétit!
