Instructions

  • Take a skillet and place it over medium flame. Heat some oil in it. Now cook mushrooms, pepper and salt in it until the mushrooms turn golden brown. Transfer the mushrooms into a separate plate. Then remove the skillet from the heat and wipe it off. Keep it aside.
  • Using your hands, prepare 4 patties of meat. Now place the skillet over the medium flame and heat some oil in it. Sprinkle little pepper on both the sides of patties and cook the patties for a few minutes.
  • Now place radicchios slice over the bottom half of the burger and top it with little mushrooms. Then cover it up with the other half of burger and serve immediately.
