Instructions

  • Take a bowl to stir flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder.
  • Blend together beet, 2 tablespoons of milk and agave nectar.
  • Beat egg white in a big bowl; add beet mixture and dry ingredients.
  • Mix well, to make a batter add milk if required, add blueberries.
  • Heat a non stick pan on the heat and grease with olive oil.
  • Pour a big tablespoonful of batter on the pan and spread to form a pancake.
  • Cook from the both side until golden brown and crisp.
