Instructions

  • Add stock, ginger, all spice powder, sugar and soy sauce in a large deep sauce pan. Place over high heat to boil the stock then let it simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
  • Meanwhile place fish, lemon zest, coriander and garlic in a food processor and mix. Add salt and pepper to the fish mixture and roll into 1 inch diameter balls.
  • After letting the stock boil for 15 minutes, gently add the fish ball to the stock and cook on low heat for 7-8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Add snow peas to the stock mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Turn off the heat.
  • Place noodles in a serving bowl and ladle soup, snow peas and fish ball over them.
  • Serve hot.
