Instructions

  • Beat together egg whites, cinnamon powder and oat meal.
  • Heat a non stick pan and spray little olive oil, grease well.
  • Pour one table spoon of batter on the pan and cook just like a pancake from the both side.
  • When it cooks through, remove from the heat and let it cool.
  • Meanwhile prepare the icing by adding one scoop of protein powder; one teaspoon of agave nectar and one teaspoon of almond milk (add milk little by little to make a smooth paste).
  • Make a thick icing sauce by mixing all three ingredients.
  • Cut the edges of the pancake to form a nice roll.
  • Spread half of the icing on the pancake and roll inward.
  • Cut it half, and pour rest of the icing on the top of the rolls.
  • Cinnamon rolls are ready to enjoy.
