Instructions

  • Prepare the macaroni as per the package instructions.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Place a non stick pan over medium-low heat. Add the butter and cook until melted.
  • Add flour, stir and cook for 1 minute, Stir in the milk and cook until thick.
  • Add cheese, Dijon mustard and continue to cook until cheese is melted.
  • Place cooked macaroni in a greased baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce and mix with macaroni.
  • Also add egg white and mix with macaroni, Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle some bread crumbs over it and bake for 30 – 40 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
  • Egg white and cheese macaroni is ready to serve.
