Instructions
- Take a big bowl; add ground beef, onions, garlic, parsley, cloves, green chilies, sauce, egg, salt and pepper.
- Mix well all the ingredients until incorporated.
- Add bread crumbs if the mixture is too wet to form the patties.
- Shape the mixture in small round patties, by using your hand.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, over medium heat and shallow fry the patties from both sides until golden brown.
- It may take 7-8 minutes per side to cook the patties.
- Place the patties to a plate and serve along with Greek yogurt and salad.
