Instructions

  • Cook the tortellini for about 12 minutes, depending on the instructions on the package. (you don't want to have them to be fully cooked though)
  • Dice the tomatoes and the zucchini
  • Take a large oven bowl, add the tomatoes, zucchini, milk and eggs
  • Dice the turkey and add as well
  • Grate the cheese and add to the bowl, mix well
  • Put in the microwave for about 25-30 minutes at 900W
  • Mix well every 10 minutes!!
  • Add some salt and pepper to taste
