Instructions

  • Roughly cut the chicken in small pieces.
  • Mix bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, parsley, oregano and cumin powder in a food processor to make a quick salsa. Put salt and crushed black pepper to adjust the seasoning.
  • Heat one tablespoon olive oil in a wok, add chicken fry for 2 minutes now add freshly prepared salsa and add little water. Bring to boil and let it simmer on low flame to 20 minutes.
  • When the chicken is tender, let it cool for sometime and shred the chicken into bit size pieces.
  • Take one tortilla from the pack; spread a generous amount of chicken salsa filling on it, topped with some chopped lettuce leaves and roll up.
  • warm the tortilla in microwave for 1 minute on high power.
  • Chicken burritos are ready to eat.
