Instructions

  • Add buttermilk and beaten eggs in a bowl and then season it lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Soak steaks in it for at least 20 minutes and then drain out the liquid.
  • Now season the flour with salt and pepper. Dip the soaked steaks in the flour to make sure they are fully coated with the flour.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium flame.
  • Now start frying the steaks for at least 8 minutes on each side so that they become crisp and golden brown. Once fried, place the steaks on paper towels so that excess oil is drained out.
  • Except for 3 tbsp of pan drippings, drain out all the remaining oil. Whisk milk in over medium flame so that the gravy thickens.
  • Season it with salt and pepper according to taste. Also pour the gravy over the steaks and serve immediately.
