Instructions

  • Take a large cooking pot and add rice, soup base and water into it.
  • Heat the above mixture until water starts boiling. Then allow it to simmer for 40 minutes whilst placing a lid over it
  • Now set the oven temperature to 350 degree F
  • Take a tinfoil and place the washed trout over it
  • Sprinkle cheese and lemon over the trout. Then add pepper and roll the tinfoil
  • Keep the trout in a tray and allow it to bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Add broccoli pieces along with ¼ cup cold water and garlic into a cooking pot
  • Heat until the water boils. Then reduce the heat and allow it to simmer
  • Cover it for a few minutes. The lightly heat the corn
  • Serve trout, rice, corn and broccoli hot
