Instructions

  • Place pork baby back ribs in a large stockpot. Add water just enough to cover it.
  • Add onion, bay leaves and marinade and boil the mixture under high flame.
  • Now reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the ribs become tender.
  • Remove ribs and drain on baking sheet.
  • Now heat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix brown sugar and barbecue sauce in a small bowl. Brush this mixture on both sides of ribs.
  • Place ribs on grill with the bone side down. Make sure you close the lid.
  • Grill one of the sides for 7 minutes and turn over. Continue grilling the other side for 7 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
