Instructions

  • Mix salt, water and quinoa and bring it to boil. Once the mixture is boiled, allow it to simmer under covered condition for a few minutes.
  • Then rinse the beans with cold water. Remove seeds and stem from the red pepper.
  • Once the quinoa is cooked, mix it with sliced green onion, red bell pepper and black beans. To moisten the ingredients you can add little dressing over them.
  • Now add chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
