Oats are an excellent addition to your meal as they are low in calories and can help you control food cravings. Besides these benefits, consuming oats on a regular basis provides your body with high quality protein, less fat and high levels of fiber. Other major benefits of oats include reducing risks associated with diabetes and stabilizing blood sugar level. Oats are also good for lowering bad cholesterol levels. Fat-free milk, additionally, contains less fat and is a rich source of protein. Having this milk on a regular basis provides your body with beneficial amino acids and essential nutrients that enhances the brain activity. Being rich in calcium, fat-free milk also helps in promoting your bone health.
