Instructions

  • Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and spray little olive oil.
  • Sauté chopped vegetables while stirring until soft and crisp.
  • When the vegetables are done remove from the heat and keep aside.
  • In the same pan add beef strips with little oil to saute.
  • Add broth and cook the beef until done.
  • Add flour, one teaspoon of water and soy sauce in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Add into the beef and stir constantly, cook until the sauce become thick.
  • Add the broccoli and vegetables into the beef sauce mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Broccoli and beef stir fry is ready to serve.
