Instructions

  • As a first step you need to heat your oven’s broiler. Then grease the line pan or broiling pan with Aluminum foil
  • Take a small bowl. Add into it – lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and butter and mix well. Then season it with celery salt, onion powder, pepper and dried basil. Set it aside.
  • On the prepared pan place the fillets in a single layer. Broil for a few minutes. Then flip the fillets and continue broiling for a few more minutes.
  • Remove the fillets once they are broiled. Add the above mixture over the top of the fillets. Again broil for a few more minutes until the cheese turns brown.
  • Serve hot
