Instructions

  • Blend jalapeno pepper, tomato, onions and garlic in a blender until puree.
  • In deep pan heat oil, add cumin seeds, nutmeg powder and pork cook while stirring for about 5 minutes or until brown.
  • Add onion puree stir and cook until all the liquid is evaporated.
  • Add water and salt cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
  • When the pork is tender and gravy is thick add cilantro and remove from the heat.
  • Serve hot with brown rice.
