Instructions

  • Take a small skillet and heat it under medium flame.
  • Now cook the bacon until it becomes crisp. Then set it aside.
  • Now place the cut-side of the muffin in the skillet and toast it for a couple of minutes before setting it aside.
  • Now use little cooking spray for coating the skillet. Then cook egg for a few seconds.
  • Sprinkle it with cheese and pepper. Continue cooking it has set perfectly.
  • Now placed the cooked egg over the muffin half and top it using cilantro, tomato, onion, jalapeno and bacon. Now place the other half of muffin over it and serve hot.
