Instructions

  • Place eggs in large sauce pan and cover with cold water by 1". Bring to a boil and cook for 1 min. Let cool before peeling.
  • Heat 1 tbs olive oil in large skillet. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and cook until fragrant (1-2 min). Stir in spinach and cook until wilted (2-3 min).
  • In small bowl whisk together honey, coconut aminos, ginger, sesame oil, sirracha, 2 cloves minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  • Heat 1 tbs oil in large skilled over med heat. Add garlic and whites of green onions and cook until soft and fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned (3-5 min). Stir in soy sauce mixture and greens of green onions until well combined. Allow to simmer until heated through and thickened (about 2 min)
