Instructions

  • Take a deep sauce pan, heat oil and cook beef cubes until brown from all sides.
  • Sprinkle flour over the beef, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add carrots, onions, tomatoes, stock and seasoning, mix all the ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for about 1 hour while stirring occasionally.
  • Add beans, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  • Serve hot along with brown rice.
