Instructions
- First, you need to saute the mushrooms. In the meantime, you can prepare pasta by boiling it in a pot containing water for about 8 minutes.
- When the pasta is being cooked in the bowl, add little white wine to the sautéed mushrooms and allow it to simmer for a minute or so. Then add grated cheese and cream.
- Now remove the pan from the flame. Once the pasta has been cooked to a desired level, add the prepared mushrooms and combine well.
