While the Pantothenic acid present in the mushrooms helps in the secretion of hormones, riboflavin will help in maintaining the health condition of red blood cells. Niacin present in mushrooms is needed for carry out normal functions of nervous and digestive system. It also helps in promoting skin health. Instructions

  • First, you need to saute the mushrooms. In the meantime, you can prepare pasta by boiling it in a pot containing water for about 8 minutes.
  • When the pasta is being cooked in the bowl, add little white wine to the sautéed mushrooms and allow it to simmer for a minute or so. Then add grated cheese and cream.
  • Now remove the pan from the flame. Once the pasta has been cooked to a desired level, add the prepared mushrooms and combine well.
  • Add extra cheese while serving.
