Instructions

  • Take a large bowl and combine red chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper.
  • Marinate shrimps in the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum 30 minutes.
  • Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Spray oil and place shrimps on the grilling pan one by one. Grill the shrimps 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Meanwhile prepare the salad, combine chopped cabbage and grated carrots in a bowl.
  • Warm the tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds on high heat.
  • Serve shrimps in warm tortillas with cabbage and carrot mixture along with a lime wedge.
