Instructions

  • Cook the brown rice according to the package instruction.
  • Cut the tofu in cubes and season with turmeric powder, onion powder and soy sauce along with scallops.
  • In the large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
  • Add mushrooms, snap peas, jalapeño and broccoli. Stir and cook until tender.
  • Add tofu, scallops, salt and pepper. Stir and cook until all the liquid is evaporated.
  • Add cooked rice and mix well.
  • Remove from the heat. Garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
