Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 degree Celsius.
  • Rinse kale and remove the ribs. Chop into large chunks.
  • Place in a big bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic, cheese and salt.
  • Spread leaves on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once or twice while cooking.
  • Remove from the oven. Let it cool before serving.
