Instructions

  • Once the chicken breasts have been cut into pieces of 1.5 inches each, place them in a mixing bowl with pureed chipotle chilies and buttermilk.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight. Now place the buttermilk-soaked chicken over the flour and coat them uniformly. Now fry the pieces in a fryer at 350 degree Celsius for about 4 minutes.
  • Once the chicken pieces are adequately fried, season them with chopped cilantro, salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately.
