Instructions

  • Heat little olive oil in a frying pan, saute onion and ginger until golden brown.
  • Remove from the heat and add tuna, mashed sweet potato, oregano, chopped parsley, red chili powder, nutmeg powder, salt and black pepper.
  • Let it a bit cool to handle, add bread crumbs if the mixture is too wet.
  • Make small cutlets of any shape from this mixture.
  • Beat egg white in a small bowl and dip all the cutlets in egg white and then in bread crumbs.
  • Place all the prepared cutlets in a baking tray and spray little olive oil on them.
  • Bake the cutlets in the preheated oven at 375 F for 12-15 minutes from both sides or until golden brown.
