Be careful though, you can best use dark chocolate, because it contains less sugar then milk chocolate. The higher percentage of cacao will help you burn extra fat!

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate) in a food processor or blender.
  • Use a grater to make chocolate flakes, add it to the mix
  • Place mixture in the freezer, and give it a good stir every 20 minutes until it looks like icecream.
  • After an hour it should be good to eat!
