Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper and white wine vinegar.
  • Add lettuce, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, mozzarella cheese and rotisserie chicken and toss to coat uniformly.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Coat it with cooking spray.
  • Cook flatbread for a minute on both sides, working one at a time.
  • Rub one side of the flatbread with the cut side of garlic.
  • Evenly spread the chicken mixture at the center of each flatbread and roll up.
  • Serve immediately.
