Instructions

  • Heat a heavy bottom pan over high heat until smoking hot, add oil and shrimps cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add chopped ham and green peas, stir and cook for 2-3 minute.
  • Add cooked rice, salt and crushed red chilies, mix well with the help of spatula to combine the rice with other ingredients.
  • Stir fry the rice for one minute, add green onions and rice vinegar, stir to combine.
