Instructions

  • Prepare the oven by preheating for 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Spray some olive oil to the baking loaf pan.
  • Prepare the vegetables by chopping mushrooms, onion and garlic into small pieces.
  • Add ground turkey, chopped mushrooms, onion, eggs, tomato sauce, mustard sauce, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt and black pepper.
  • Mix well all the ingredients; add bread crumbs as required.
  • Now transfer the turkey mixture into the baking pan by pressing firmly.
  • Spread some tomato sauce on the top of the mixture and bake for 60 minutes.
  • Give it standing time of 10 minutes before slicing the meatloaf.
