Instructions

  • Mix the corn starch with little water and set aside.
  • Take a sauce pan and add coconut milk, vanilla extract and agave nectar.
  • Also add diluted cornstarch and whisk together to combine all.
  • Place the sauce pan over medium heat and cook while stirring continuously.
  • Cook until the mixture become thick, it should be thick enough to pull away from the sauce pan.
  • Transfer the mixture into serving molds or glass and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or until firm.
  • Serve with fresh berries.
