Instructions

  • Let the oven be heated to 165 degrees C. Then take a loaf pan and lightly grease it.
  • Take a large bowl. Add flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and baking powder. Combine well.
  • Then combine buttermilk and egg and blend together. Add this mixture into the flour mixture and combine well so that it is moistened. Add butter and stir slowly. Transfer into the pan.
  • Now bake this mixture for at least 70 minutes. Then allow the bread to cool.
  • Serve
