Instructions

  • Take a small saucepan. Add horseradish, soy sauce, minced garlic and strawberry preserves.
  • Cook the above ingredients under medium heat whilst stirring them regularly.
  • Take a medium skillet and melt butter in it.
  • Now sprinkle some cayenne pepper on both sides of the pork and fry it so that both the sides become brown.
  • Continue to cook the chops so that the pink colour disappears completely and juices start flowing.
  • Now pour the sauce over the chops and serve with fresh strawberries.
