Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until they are brown.
  • Add apple in the pan and place it in the oven. Bake until the apple and onions are tender.
  • Add salt, pepper, thyme and butter.
  • Sprinkle pork with a little salt and pepper and place it on a large pan that is lightly oiled. Heat the pork over medium heat until it is cooked perfectly on both sides.
  • Remove pork from the pan and keep it aside to cool.
  • In a small bowl, mix flour and chicken broth. Add this mixture to the pan and bring it to a boil. Continue to cook the mixture until it reduced to ¼ cup.
  • Add the remaining butter and vinegar. Serve hot.
