Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 450 degree Celsius. Now insert a wire rack into the baking sheet.
  • Take a bowl and mix parsley, yogurt, pepper, salt, lemon juice and zest and garlic. Now add half of this dish into the dish. Then add chicken and turn it over for an even coat. Keep the remaining yogurt mixture in a separate dish.
  • Mix paprika, Parmesan and panko. Now place chicken in this mixture and transfer it over the rack in the baking sheet. Now drizzle little oil over the chicken and then spray it with little pepper and salt.
  • Then bake the chicken for at least 15 min or until it has turned golden brown. Now add radishes and cucumber into the yogurt mixture. Use this mixture for serving with chicken.
