Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Take a pan half-filled with water and keep it in the lower rack of the oven for preheating.
  • Mix lemon zest, basil, parsley, shallot and other herbs in a bowl. Add olive oil and prepare a paste.
  • After you lightly oil the baking tray, place the salmon fillet on the rack with its skin side down.
  • Now coat the salmon fillet with herbs to form a thick layer.
  • Then bake the salmon fillet in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  • When the salmon is sufficiently cooked, remove it from the oven and cut it into two equal pieces.
  • Remove the skin of the salmon and sprinkle it with salt and serve immediately.
