Instructions

  • In large non stick pan, saute onions with oil until translucent.
  • Add ground beef, carrot, and mushroom and cook until beef is done.
  • Add spices cinnamon, nutmeg, all spices, black pepper and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Mash the sweet potatoes in a separate bowl; add egg almond milk, salt and black pepper.
  • Take a baking dish spread the cooked beef and vegetables at the bottom.
  • Evenly spread the mashed sweet potatoes on the top of the beef mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven when the crust is crisp and serve.
