Instructions
- Prepare thinner and smaller chicken cutlets by cutting chicken breasts lengthwise. Then sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
- Now place a large skillet over medium flame and heat butter and oil in it. Cook cutlets so that they are golden brown on both sides. Once cooked, remove chicken and place it over a plate.
- After reducing the heat to medium, saute garlic for a minute. Then pour in brandy. Allow it to cook further until the quantity gets reduced to half.
- Then add mustards and stir well. Now add the cream and follow it up with chicken broth. According to taste, add the sauce.
- Now rest the chicken breasts in the pan containing sauce. Allow the ingredients to cook for a few minutes.
- Now the chicken is ready to be served with green salad. Pour soup over the top of chicken.
