Instructions

  • Heat the grill to a set temperature.
  • Cut the onion wedges into 2 pieces of equal length. Now pierce the 2 onion pieces, 2 cherry tomatoes and 3 okra pods alternatively onto each of 8 skewers.
  • Combine garlic, red pepper, water, salt, black pepper and olive oil in a bowl and brush this mixture over the skewers.
  • Coat the grill rack with cooking spray and place the skewers on it and grill for at least 3 minutes on both sides.
  • Serve hot.
