Instructions

  • Put chicken, chopped vegetables, garlic, onion, red chili powder, olive oil and chicken soup in a slow cooker and filled it with water enough to cover all the ingredients.
  • Cook on high heat for 6-7 minutes in the beginning and reduce the heat to low after that.
  • Cover and cook for 5-6 hours on low heat.
  • Add seasoning and fresh parsley and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot with brown rice.
