Instructions

  • Into a bowl, combine beef, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, oregano, cilantro, garlic, bell pepper and onion. Form 4 patties of 4 ½ inches each.
  • Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat. Then lightly toast the buns.
  • Lightly oil the griddle and cook patties in it. Cook both the sides evenly and transfer to the buns.
  • Into a separate bowl, combine cabbage, salt and carrot. Cook this mixture for at least 2 minutes on both sides. Divide the mixture evenly among burgers.
  • Apply a little oil on the griddle and heat it. Sear tomato and onion until they are lightly charred. Divide among burgers.
  • Take another bowl and combine mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup in it. Top each burger with this sauce.
