Instructions

  • Heat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius. Coat it lightly with cooking spray.
  • Crush the cherries lightly and add in the pan. Then add red wine, cumin, garlic, salt, black pepper and red pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 10 minutes.
  • Place the chicken on the grill and cook both the sides evenly.
  • Serve the chicken with cherry preserves
