Instructions

  • Prepare the marinade by adding – vinegar, maple syrup and orange juice.
  • Combine the fillet in the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Remove the fillet from the marinade; heat the marinade in a pan to reduce it half.
  • Spray some olive oil on a grill pan and grill the fish from both side 5 minutes each.
  • Pour the reduced marinate on the fish and sprinkle little salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot.
