Instructions

  • Coat a pan with little cooking spray and heat it over medium heat.
  • Add chicken and grill until brown on both sides, turn regularly while sprinkling some ground pepper.
  • Add celery, okra, red pepper, thyme, salt and sugar. Mix well.
  • Add tomatoes over chicken mixture and bring the mixture to a boil. Cover the mixture and simmer for at least 5 minutes.
  • Uncover the mixture and continue to cook for a few more minutes. Now add butter and parsley. Serve hot.
