Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to the instructions.
  • Cut the sausage in small bit size pieces.
  • In a large sauce pan add half of vegetable broth and sausage bring it to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Spray some olive oil into the same pan and saute onion and garlic.
  • Add some vegetable broth and vegetables, cook for 5-6 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  • Add cooked pasta and sausage, mix well.
  • Add cheese, salt and pepper, stir well and cook until cheese mix with pasta and vegetables.
  • Sausage and pasta stew is ready to serve.
