If you love rice based foods, then you will surely like Mediterranean rice. This aromatic dish is rich in carbs and protein and is therefore considered as a healthier option for bodybuilders and weight watchers.
I personally love tunas as they are tasty and flavourful. This is one dish that I always keep coming back for more. I recommend it to have during dinner as it is easy to digest and light on your stomach.
Depending upon your taste and other preferences, you may consider adding other ingredients. However, the below mentioned ingredients worked the best for me. So you too can try this dish anytime!

    1 x can Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained ..

    1 x wedge yields Lemon juice, raw

    Onion, red, raw

Instructions

  • Take 100g Basmati rice and boil it for 20 minutes
  • Add cooked rice in a bowl. Add strips of red onion into the rice
  • Add fresh tuna and avocado pieces into rice
  • Add little lemon juice into rice
  • Add pepper and salt to taste
  • Serve hot
